Push rod furnace
This series of push-rod isothermal normalizing production line is the national standard energy-saving continuous operation furnace, super energy-saving structure, power saving 20%-30%, continuous production line for push-rod continuous heating and tempering production line, mostly used for automobile, motorcycle and other shafts, pin type forgings tempering heat treatment, commonly used parts 45# steel, 20Cr, 40Cr steel and other tempering steel drive shaft, Heat treatment of tempered steel such as semi-shaft, crankshaft, shift and spring. When the heat treatment process is guaranteed, the hardness is ≥HRC50, and the hardness divergence of the same batch of parts is ≤3HRC. Production line process flow: heating - insulation - quenching cooling - cleaning - tempering.

Two program setting modes of "given value + time value" and "heating section + constant temperature section" are optional;
All parameters can be set by key, and the data is automatically saved without loss;

4. Heating element
Heating using bare electric heating radiation tube, long life, easy to replace;
5, push mechanism
The pusher is composed of a pusher table, an oil cylinder and a hydraulic device. Cylinder push plate into the furnace work table with a roller;
6. Transmission structure
The mesh belt adopts the synchronous drive of rollers, so that the mesh belt can withstand the minimum tension and has a long service life; Both ends of supporting rollers are supported by special high temperature resistant sealed bearings;
7, air cooling device
The air-cooled room adopts a sealed high temperature fan with large air volume, adjustable air volume and air temperature, and uniform workpiece cooling;
8, safety protection device
The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;
Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
