Equipped with 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy heating elements (produced by Shougang), strategically placed on the furnace door, sidewalls, rear wall, and trolley platform for uniform heat distribution.
(4) Thermal Insulation:
- The furnace lining features aluminum silicate fiber for superior high-temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
- Load-bearing sections are reinforced with heavy-duty firebricks to enhance structural stability.
- The trolley's insulation layer utilizes a composite structure of refractory fiber and diatomite insulation bricks, minimizing heat transfer at the base while improving overall thermal efficiency.
(5) Temperature Control:
An advanced programmable automatic temperature control system ensures precise heat treatment cycles, optimizing energy efficiency while maintaining high process accuracy.
