Adopt high-precision intelligent Shanghai Guolong or Xiamen Yudian PID intelligent programmable temperature control instrument, temperature control accuracy of 1ºC, combined with Zhejiang Huajing high-power MFC thyristor module (with limited voltage, current, power,), can automatically indicate and control the furnace temperature working condition.
d. Before the control cabinet thyristor is installed, the resistance and capacitance absorption can effectively worry about the harmonics generated by the medium frequency furnace to protect electrical appliances and instruments.
e. Thermal insulation effect, energy saving, the interior of the furnace is built with high-temperature refractory bricks, and aluminum silicate module is used behind the refractory bricks, which has good thermal insulation effect and obvious energy saving effect.
e. Digital power meter: real-time display and measurement of energy consumption, and communication to the touch screen, real-time display of current, to detect whether the equipment is running normally.
