Artificial aging can be divided into under-aging and over-aging.

a.Under-aging: To obtain certain properties, lower aging temperatures and shorter aging times are controlled. 

b.Over-aging: To achieve specific characteristics and better overall performance, aging is conducted at higher temperatures or for extended durations.

c.Multi-stage aging: To attain particular properties and excellent comprehensive performance, the aging process is divided into several stages. It can be categorized into two-stage or three-stage aging.

Key Configurations

Side Wall and the Bottom: Energy-saving composite. High-temperature and high-resistance alloy heating elements installed on the side walls and the bottom of the furnace.

Furnace Lining: High-purity and high-aluminum energy-saving brick composite lining.

Temperature Control: It employs a microcomputer program to automatically control the temperature with high precision, executing the annealing process curve.

Key Configurations

The box type annealing furnace is divided into high temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace and low temperature annealing furnace. The high temperature furnace is within 1200℃, the medium temperature furnace is within 950℃, and the low temperature annealing furnace is within 650℃, respectively
