Regenerative shell baking furnace is an efficient organic waste gas treatment equipment, its working principle is to heat the organic waste gas to more than 760 degrees Celsius, so that the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the waste gas oxidation decomposition into carbon dioxide and water. The heat generated by the oxidation process is stored in a special ceramic accumulator, which heats up the accumulator and "accumulates heat". The heat stored in the ceramic heat accumulator is used to preheat the organic waste gas entering later, which is the "heat release" process of the ceramic heat accumulator, thus saving the fuel consumption of the exhaust gas heating process.
1, energy saving: the equipment shell is welded by high-quality channel steel and high-quality hot rolled steel plate, the furnace is composed of three layers of heat-resistant material, effective thickness ≥600mm, to minimize heat loss.
The special regenerative burner is used to make full use of waste heat, the furnace temperature uniformity is less than 5ºC, the smoke exhaust temperature is less than 100ºC, and the combustion efficiency is ≥95%, so as to achieve the energy saving requirements to the maximum extent.

Brief introduction of equipment structure
1. Furnace frame structure:
Similar to the general mold shell baking furnace, the shell is welded by A3 steel plate and section steel, welded by high-quality section steel and Q235 steel plate, the structure is solid and reliable, all welds are uniform and smooth, no porosity, inclusion, non-fusion and other defects, the overall strength is good, not easy to deformation, smooth and smooth appearance.
2, furnace lining: refractory insulation layer 600mm
The refractory temperature is 1250ºC, the insulation layer is made of high quality long fiber blanket as raw material, and is made of special equipment. There is a certain amount of compression left during the processing to ensure that each fiber expands in different directions after the completion of the module masonry, so that the modules are squeezed into the whole without a gap to achieve good heat storage effect. Moreover, the product is convenient to construct. Directly anchored on the cold side of the furnace shell, improve the heat resistance of the fiber, compared with other products, the advantages are thermal conductivity (0.13Kcal/mhºC), low heat capacity (1726KT/m), excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability and shock resistance, insulation.
3, heating: side gas heating, bottom electric heating.
Regenerative burner is used for heating, and both sides are evenly distributed. Each burner is equipped with a control solenoid valve on the gas pipe, each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, flame detection, fire extinguishing alarm automatically cut off gas. This fully ensures the stability and safety of the combustion temperature control system
4, elevator door:
The shell is made of 6mm high-quality steel and Q235 steel plate welded frame, with enough heat resistance and high temperature thermal deformation resistance, reasonable design of expansion joints around the door frame, its structural form can avoid warping. The inner lining of the furnace door is pressed by folding block of high purity refractory fiber needled blanket.
The furnace door is electric elevator door, easy to operate.
5, high temperature bearing stove:
The mesa high aluminum brick, the frame brick is shaped high strength high aluminum brick, and under it is super lightweight high strength insulation brick. The collision-prone parts and load-bearing parts are constructed with heavy high-aluminum refractory bricks. Expansion joints are left along the hearth longitudinally and laterally to prevent the lining from being damaged by expansion after heat.
6. Control part:
The side is heated by two burners and placed diagonally, so that the temperature in the furnace is uniform, to ensure that the temperature in the furnace is uniform, the temperature is fast, the furnace temperature fluctuation is small, and the energy is saved.
The temperature control system is composed of PLC intelligent temperature control instrument and thermocouple. The device comes with an electrode type automatic ignition system and ionization monitoring system, making the operation simple and safe.
