The traditional thyristor intermediate frequency power supply is affected by the large change of the magnetic inductance during the heating process. At first, the melting power is small, which affects the melting speed. The power of the thyristor power supply changes with the melting time and the magnetic inductance . The process of slowly increasing to high-power operation reduces the capacity utilization rate of the transformer and increases the production cost. At this point, it can save about 3%-5%.
