Equipment features

1. energy saving: the equipment shell is welded by high-quality channel steel and high-quality hot rolled steel plate, the furnace is composed of three layers of heat-resistant material, effective thickness ≥500mm, to minimize heat loss.

The special regenerative burner is used to make full use of waste heat, the furnace temperature uniformity is less than 5ºC, the smoke exhaust temperature is less than 100ºC, and the combustion efficiency is ≥95%, so as to achieve the energy saving requirements to the maximum extent.

2. environmental protection: combustion chamber poor itching combustion, oxidation burn loss is less than 1%, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, NOx emissions less than 100ppm, and low noise.

3. high efficiency: compared with the traditional box-type baking furnace, can save more than 50% of energy, high temperature faster, shorten the roasting time.
