The Gas Heating Car Type Furnace uses gas as heat source and is heated by a specific gas burner.
Equipment features
1. The steel structure of the furnace body is welded, and the shell sealing plate is made of special steel plate.
2. The trolley frame is composed of various large I-beams, channel steel, Angle steel and thick steel plates.
3, the car drive structure is compact, strong, flexible operation, easy maintenance.
4, the furnace door is made of high aluminum fiber refractory silk blanket, lifted by electric hoist, and equipped with the furnace door sealing and locking mechanism.
5, the chimney is equipped with automatic furnace pressure control valve, can adjust the cooling speed.
6, heating using high-speed burner, distributed on both sides of the furnace body, by the solenoid valve and proportional regulation of combustion.
7. The control system mainly regulates and controls the gas pipeline flow, flue gas flow and diluted air volume of each furnace by detecting the temperature and pressure of the natural gas truck furnace. In addition, a natural gas main quick cut-off device is provided. The temperature of the furnace is controlled by the zone, and each zone is equipped with a thermocouple to measure the temperature and enter the multi-point recorder to track and record the temperature in the furnace.
