Regenerative shell baking furnace
Furnace Regenerative shell baking furnace is an efficient organic waste gas treatment equipment, its working principle is to heat the organic waste gas to more than 760 degrees Celsius, so that the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the waste gas oxidation decomposition into carbon dioxide and water. The heat generated by the oxidation process is stored in a special ceramic accumulator, which heats up the accumulator and "accumulates heat". The heat stored in the regenerative body is used to preheat the incoming organic waste gas, which is the "heat release" process of the ceramic regenerative body, thus saving the fuel consumption of the exhaust gas heating process.
