1, equipment use: The system of baking furnace mainly with silica sol mold shell roasting.
2, equipment composition: the equipment is mainly composed of steel structure frame of the furnace body, refractory lining, furnace door, high temperature bearing platform, heat resistant furnace plate, high temperature heating element, electric control system.

a. The maximum power of the equipment is 120KW, the power is adjustable, and the current can reach 300A.
b. The heating element adopts 40 diameter silicon carbon rod (straight rod), fast heating, long life and easy replacement
c. High precision intelligent temperature control system:
Using high-precision intelligent PID intelligent programmable temperature control instrument, temperature control accuracy 1ºC, combined with Zhejiang Huajing high-power MFC thyristor module (with voltage, current, power,), can automatically indicate and control the furnace temperature operation.
d. Before the control cabinet thyristor is installed, the resistance and capacitance absorption can effectively worry about the harmonics generated by the medium frequency furnace to protect electrical appliances and instruments.
e. Thermal insulation effect, energy saving, the interior of the furnace is built with high-temperature refractory bricks, and aluminum silicate module is used behind the refractory bricks, which has good thermal insulation effect and obvious energy saving effect.
e. Digital power meter: real-time display and measurement of energy consumption, and communication to the touch screen, real-time display of current, to detect whether the equipment is running normally.
f. Pneumatic or electric elevator door: convenient and safe.
