About:
The robot is composed of hardware part and software part.
Hardware part: pulp dipping machine, sand leaching machine, robot, to realize the action of mold shell picking and hanging, pulp dipping, sand leaching.
Software part: The drive is controlled by programmable controller (PLC) and touch screen, and the servo system drives the robot rotation, the lifting and swinging of the robot arm to automatically carry out slurry and sand leaching actions respectively.
