2. The purpose of the equipment: this system of trolley furnace is mainly used for annealing of welded parts.
3. Equipment composition: the equipment is mainly composed of furnace body, trolley, high-temperature heating element, temperature control system, stainless steel air guide plate, circulating fan and so on.
1. Equipment characteristics:
a. The equipment is divided into 4 zones of temperature control, furnace temperature uniformity, the maximum power heating rate of 300kw, with adjustable power, adjustable heating speed, timed start, automatic operation, unattended and other functions.
b. Temperature control equipment is fully automatic control, using 9-inch touch screen paperless recorder:
  1.Timed start, automatic operation
  2.Multiple warming processes can be saved
  3.Temperature rise curve and data can be retrieved at any time.
c. Sound and light alarm at the end of program running, easy to operate and save labour.
d. Remote control system: the use of Xiamen Yuden paperless recorder, and computer, mobile phone communication to achieve remote monitoring and control
e. Digital display power meter: real-time display of energy consumption, metering, and communication to the touch screen, real-time display of current, detecting whether the equipment is running normally.

Electric Lift Furnace Door:
Thermocouple K or S type demand on different furnace
    The shell is made of channel steel and Q235 steel plate welded frame with sufficient heat-resistant strength and resistance to high-temperature thermal deformation, and the frame around the door is designed with reasonable expansion and contraction joints, and its structural form can avoid warping. The inner lining of the door is made of high purity refractory fibre needle punched blanket folded block pressed and moulded.

The shell of the furnace body and the trolley are welded with high-quality steel plates and sections.
 Similar to general trolley electric furnace, the shell is welded by steel plate and section steel, which is welded by high-quality section steel and Q235 steel plate, with solid and reliable structure, all the welding seams are even and smooth, with no defects such as air holes, inclusions, unfused, etc. The overall strength is good, not easy to be deformed, and the appearance is smooth and clean.

The Furnace Lining
 The furnace lining is made of aluminum silicate fiber, which has strong high temperature resistance and good thermal insulation performance. The bearing part is built with heavy firebrick to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. In order to ensure that the heat transfer at the bottom of the trolley is not very high, the thermal insulation layer of the trolley is made of tridacidal refractory fiber and diatomite insulation brick composite structure to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body

Electric Furnace Heating Elements:
Adoption of high temperature and high emissivity electric heating alloy flat belt, electric heating element with Shougang 0Cr25AL5 high temperature alloy resistance belt, low surface load (≤ 1.5w/cm2) long life design).
Heating elements are independently controlled in 4 zones, each zone power distribution and furnace temperature uniformity matching, respectively, using a star-shaped connection around the side wall using special high-temperature white corundum insulated ceramic screws anchored suspended from the inner surface of the furnace chamber.

The trolley is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate for bearing workpieces. To prevent the oxide scale generated after workpiece heating from falling into the heating element area through the gaps between the bottom plates and causing damage to the heating elements, an inserted contact method is adopted at the junction between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body.

Precautions for Furnace
1. Before performing maintenance, operators must understand the following aspects of the car-bottom furnace: 
A. The structure and performance of the electric furnace and its auxiliary equipment. 
B. The layout of the power distribution system, control system, and the location of safety devices. 
C. The operating procedures and safety regulations. 
2. Preparatory inspection: 
A. Check whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, and whether there are any issues such as phase loss, short circuits, or exposed wires. 
B. Check whether the contact at the grounding device connection is in good condition. 
C. Inspect the heating elements for any damage, ensure all connections have good contact, and verify there is no contact with the furnace body or casing. 
D. Check the temperature control system for any abnormalities. 
E. Verify whether the lifting of the furnace door and the movement of the car-bottom are functioning normally. 
3. Workpieces with corrosive, volatile, or explosive gases are strictly prohibited from entering the furnace for processing, as they may affect the service life of heating elements and refractory materials or cause explosions. 
4. The electric furnace must not operate at temperatures exceeding the rated limit, as this will shorten the equipment's service life.

5. Workpieces with excessive scale must be cleaned before entering the furnace, using a steel wire brush if necessary. 
6. Workpieces should be evenly stacked, maintaining a distance of approximately 100–150 mm from the heating elements. 
7. Rough handling is strictly prohibited; workpieces must be placed gently to avoid impact. 
8. Operators must not leave their posts while the electric furnace is in use and must continuously monitor its operational status. 
9. When loading or unloading workpieces, the power supply to the heating elements must be cut off first to ensure operator safety. 
10. Oxides in the furnace chamber (including those beneath the heating wires) should be cleaned regularly—at least once a week or every five furnace cycles. Compressed air can be used to blow away debris under the furnace floor. 
11. Resistance wires must not be bent or impacted after use to avoid breakage. 
12. Precautions: 
A. The electric furnace motor should be inspected periodically, with lubricant added as needed, to ensure safe operation. 
B. The shaft sleeve of the transmission must be checked frequently and lubricated to prevent damage due to insufficient oil. 
C. Regularly inspect the condition of the heating elements. 
D. Periodically calibrate instruments and thermocouples to prevent temperature measurement errors caused by their inaccuracies.
