1. Furnace frame structure:
Similar to the general mold shell baking furnace, the shell is welded by A3 steel plate and section steel, welded by high-quality section steel and Q235 steel plate, the structure is solid and reliable, all welds are uniform and smooth, no porosity, inclusion, non-fusion and other defects, the overall strength is good, not easy to deformation, smooth and smooth appearance.
2, furnace lining: refractory insulation layer 600mm
The refractory temperature is 1250ºC, the insulation layer is made of high quality long fiber blanket as raw material, and is made of special equipment. There is a certain amount of compression left during the processing to ensure that each fiber expands in different directions after the completion of the module masonry, so that the modules are squeezed into the whole without a gap to achieve good heat storage effect. Moreover, the product is convenient to construct. The inner lining of the furnace door is pressed by folding block of high purity refractory fiber needled blanket.

5, high temperature bearing stove:
