When the heat treatment process is guaranteed, the hardness is ≥HRC50, and the hardness divergence of the same batch of parts is ≤3HRC. Production line process flow: heating - insulation - quenching cooling - cleaning - tempering.

7, air cooling device

8, safety protection device
The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;
