By the well type tank nitriding furnace as the main body, using hydrogen analyzer and intelligent instrument for nitrogen potential control, and equipped with nitriding expert system software, the whole process is controlled by computer, process parameters control, high degree of automation, easy to operate;

Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology, one button operation again, the whole process record, automatic and efficient completion;

Constant current, constant voltage, constant power control technology, according to different load characteristics, effective protection of power failure caused by damage to the load;

Multiple time curves can be set, and the total number of curves is up to 50 segments;

Two program setting modes of "given value + time value" and "heating section + constant temperature section" are optional;

3. Furnace body seal
The sealing fan for the all-fiber furnace cover and the integrated air-cooled furnace adopts double sealing for the furnace cover and the furnace mouth. The outer side adopts high temperature resistant silicone strip and the inner side adopts asbestos rope heat insulation to effectively protect the high temperature silicone strip and the gas sealing property is good. The unique design of water circulation cooling system is adopted to effectively protect the sealing silicone strip to ensure its service life.

4. Furnace cover lifting system
The furnace cover lifting adopts electric lifting, simple operation, no hydraulic lifting oil leakage phenomenon.

5, High furnace uniformity
The unique power distribution method is used to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity meets the process requirements, and the furnace uniformity can reach ±10ºC;

6, safety protection device
The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;

Intake and exhaust system:

The furnace cover is equipped with sampling tube, exhaust pipe and input tube on the upper side wall of the furnace can be used for ammonia input. The exhaust gas in the furnace is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust pipe
