At first, the melting power is small, which affects the melting speed. The power of the thyristor power supply changes with the melting time and the magnetic inductance . The process of slowly increasing to high-power operation reduces the capacity utilization rate of the transformer and increases the production cost. At this point, it can save about 3%-5%.
