Box type annealing furnace

Box Annealing Furnace: The box annealing furnace utilizes energy-saving composite furnace linings, with high-temperature and high-resistance alloy heating elements installed on the side walls and the bottom of the furnace. It employs a microcomputer program to automatically control the temperature with high precision, executing the annealing process curve. Box annealing furnaces are divided into high-temperature, medium-temperature, and low-temperature annealing furnaces. The high-temperature furnace has a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C, the medium-temperature furnace up to 950°C, and the low-temperature annealing furnace up to 650°C. Each type is selected based on the characteristics of the products they are intended for, with the furnace size and load capacity custom-made according to customer requirements. They are suitable for heat treatment of a wide variety of processed parts, such as stainless steel solution treatment, high manganese steel quenching, valves, flanges, ring parts, pressure vessels, rolling rolls, steel pipes, steel wires, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, rolling rolls, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automotive axles, diesel engine gearboxes, mining machinery, loader arms, and various other products for quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering, and normalizing heat treatment.
