Atmosphere furnace
The atmosphere furnace is mainly used for all kinds of steel mechanical parts and copper parts for less or no oxidation treatment.
1, equipment composition: the equipment is mainly composed of furnace steel structure frame, furnace lining, furnace tank, high temperature heating element, water cooling circulation fan, vacuum system, nitrogen ventilation system, temperature control system.
2. Equipment features:
a. The equipment is divided into 2 zones of temperature control, the furnace temperature is uniform, with adjustable power, adjustable heating speed, timing start, automatic operation, unattended and other functions.
b. Temperature control equipment is fully automatic control, using a 9-inch touch screen paperless recorder:

c. Sound and light alarm after the program is run, easy to operate and save labor.

f. AC contactor + thyristor dual protection:
The use of high-precision intelligent Xiamen Yudian PID intelligent programmable temperature control instrument, temperature control accuracy of 0.1ºC, combined with Shanghai Huajing high-power thyristor, thyristor front with AC contactor, double protection can limit voltage, current, power, can automatically indicate and control the furnace temperature work.
g. Hot air circulation system: the top of the furnace is installed with circulating fan, and the stainless steel air baffle is installed in the furnace, so that the hot air in the furnace is fully circulated, thereby improving the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
h. The furnace tank is equipped with automatic pre-vacuum, nitrogen through, low pressure automatic nitrogen replenishment function, so as to effectively reduce the degree of oxidation.
