First, product introduction:
This series of well type gas carburizing furnace is suitable for carburizing, normalizing, quenching, annealing and other heat treatment processes of various molds, cutting tools, mechanical parts and other workpieces. In the carburizing process, proper amount of methanol and kerosene is injected with positive pressure carburizing technology. For the parts with deep holes, long axes, long tubes, micro holes, blind holes, slits and splints, the inner and outer walls can obtain uniform layers, and the quality of the permeating layer is high, the permeating speed is fast and the period is short. Equipped with intelligent touch screen software control adjustment system, more accurately control the temperature and process parameters in the furnace.

1, automatic control
Carburizing process automatic control system
Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology, one key operation, the whole process record, automatic and efficient completion;
Load constant current, constant voltage, constant power control technology, according to different load characteristics, effective protection of power failure caused by damage to the load;
Multiple time curves can be set, and the total number of curves is up to 30 segments;
All parameters can be set by key, and the data is automatically saved without loss;
2, English operation interface
Touch screen integrated control, English interface, simple operation;
3. Furnace body seal
The sealing fan for the all-fiber furnace cover and the integrated water-cooled furnace of this equipment adopts double sealing for the furnace cover and the furnace mouth. The outer side adopts high-temperature silicone strip and the inner side adopts asbestos rope heat insulation to effectively protect the high-temperature silicone strip and the gas sealing property is good. The unique design of water circulation cooling system is adopted to effectively protect the sealing silicone strip and ensure its service life.
4. Furnace cover lifting system
he furnace cover lifting adopts electric lifting, simple operation, no hydraulic lifting oil leakage phenomenon.
5, high furnace uniformity
unique power distribution method is used to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity meets the process requirements, and the furnace uniformity can reach ±10ºC;
6, safety protection device
The overtemperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and automatically cut off the power supply when overtemperature is reached;
Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
7. Intake and exhaust system:
The furnace cover is equipped with inlet and exhaust holes, regulating valves, drip dispenser, etc., so that the product can be carburized under positive pressure environment.
