Bogie type annealing furnace

The RT3 full-fiber car-bottom electric furnace adopts an all-fiber furnace lining structure made of alumino-silicate fiber insulation blankets, which offers significant heat preservation effects. 
It is a highly energy-efficient periodic operation car-bottom electric furnace, mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging, and various heat treatments of high-chromium, high-manganese steel castings, gray cast iron parts, ductile iron parts, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant liners, as well as various mechanical parts.

Specification

Five functions of the bogie type annealing furnace:

1. Annealing softening, heating to critical temperature slow cooling, make the metal softer.

2. Grain refinement, improve the strength and toughness of metal materials, reduce the influence of grain boundaries on material properties.

3. Eliminate internal stress and improve the stability and reliability of the material.

4. Phase change control, improve material properties and structure by controlling temperature and time.

5. Remove gases and impurities.
